Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, display name, date of birth (used for age-gating and recommendations), and your account type (viewer or creator).

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we store only your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and purchase history.

Creator payout data: creators who earn revenue complete Stripe Connect onboarding; identity and banking details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us. Payout contact emails are stored privately and are never publicly exposed.

Usage data: titles you watch, like, dislike, or mark "not interested" — used to power your recommendations — plus storage usage in bytes for creators on paid storage plans.

Content data: videos, thumbnails, and metadata you upload, including automated moderation analysis results.

• Operate your account, stream your purchases, and deliver creator payouts.
• Enforce age ratings and content moderation.
• Personalize your home feed and recommendations (with an on-screen "Why you're seeing this" explanation).
• Meter storage and bill paid plans accurately.
• Detect fraud, view-count manipulation, and abuse.
• Send service emails (receipts, payout notices, policy changes) from our domain creatoranimation.com.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Platform:

• Stripe — payments, subscriptions, tax calculation, and creator payouts.
• Bunny (bunny.net) — video storage, encoding, and global streaming delivery.
• Hosting and database infrastructure that powers accounts and the catalog.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show advertising. Public pages display only what you choose to publish: your channel name, handle, and content.

Free, all-ages content can be streamed without signing in. Anonymous visitors may set an age range locally on their device to shape recommendations; that preference stays in the browser and is not tied to an identity. Rated-R content always requires a signed-in adult account.

Accounts are protected by row-level security so users can only access their own records. Purchase history is retained while your account is active to preserve your library access. Abandoned uploads are deleted automatically, and source files you delete are removed from our streaming provider. View logs are deduplicated to limit what we keep about any single viewing session.

• Access or correct your profile details from your account.
• Clear or reshape recommendations using Like, Dislike, and "Not interested".
• Cancel subscriptions at any time via the billing portal.
• Request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing us; deletion ends purchased streaming access where the law permits.

Accounts are not available to children under 13 (or the applicable digital-consent age). If we learn a child under that age has created an account, we will delete it.
